The Hub of the Community..
Northfields Community Library is a registered charity run completely by volunteers who share a passion for reading. We are providing a vibrant and welcoming library for everyone who loves books.
After working hard for over a year to set ourselves up as a charity and to work out how we can offer a safe and enjoyable library following recent events, we are now starting to open the library up to the public. We are hugely excited to be welcoming you back.
We have also been running a whole host of online events since Spring 2020 and you are very welcome to join those. You can find more details in our What’s On guide.

Welcome to our library!..
Dementia Awareness Week
Our library is supporting Dementia Awareness Week, 16th to 22nd May. We are offering two talks (see below) and Dementia Concern volunteers will be in the library on Wednesday 18th May to provide information for residents. If you would like to attend either of the talks, please email getintouchncl@outlook.com or give your name to a volunteer in the library so we can monitor numbers.
